What services do you offer?

Do you handle permits?
We’ll go over permit requirements for your project and town during the estimate.
How long will my project take?
Every project is different. You’ll get a clear scope and timeline before work begins.
What decking materials do you work with?
Composite, PVC and wood (pressure-treated and hardwoods). We’ll walk you through the pros and cons of each for your home, budget and maintenance preferences.
Can you repair my existing deck instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. If the framing is solid we can replace boards, railings and stairs. If the structure is failing, we’ll explain why a rebuild is the safer option.
Do I need a permit for a new deck?
Most new decks in Connecticut require a building permit. We’ll talk through the requirements for your town during your estimate.
What’s the difference between a 3-season and a 4-season sunroom?
A 3-season room is typically used from spring to fall and isn’t built for heating in winter. A 4-season room is fully insulated, with higher-performance windows and can be heated and cooled, so it works as a true room of your home all year.
Can you turn my deck or porch into a sunroom?
In many cases, yes — if the existing structure can support it. We’ll evaluate it during your estimate.
Does a sunroom add value to my home?
A well-built sunroom adds usable living space, which many homeowners see as a valuable upgrade.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
It depends on the size of the bathroom and the scope of work. We’ll give you a timeline with your estimate.
Can I keep my bathroom layout?
Absolutely. Keeping the existing layout is often the most cost-effective option, but we can also help you redesign it.
Do you convert tubs to walk-in showers?
Yes — tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most popular bathroom upgrades.
What kinds of remodeling projects do you take on?
Interior and exterior projects of many sizes — tell us about yours and we’ll let you know how we can help.
Can you help me plan my project?
Yes. We’ll talk through your goals, budget and options before any work begins.
Do you work in occupied homes?
Yes. We plan the work to keep your home as livable and clean as possible during the project.
